If the color does not meet your expectations, we offer exchanges or store credit for unopened boxes, provided they are returned in perfect condition. However, due to strict hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any opened boxes. We appreciate your understanding — this policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our clients.
